I’m Haylie

I started Heirloom Event Company with one goal in mind:

to create celebrations where PEOPLE feel WELCOMED, connected and GENUINELY comfortable being themselves.

After moving to a new city in 2012 without knowing many people, I began hosting monthly gatherings from wine tastings to archery dodgeball, simply as a way to bring people together. Over time, those gatherings became something much more meaningful: spaces where connection, community, and lasting friendships could grow naturally.

Eventually, those same friends began asking me to help plan their weddings — and that’s where Heirloom began.

Planning

We build a clear, tailored plan that guides you through budget, venue selection, timelines, vendor communication, contract review, and key decisions so you can move through the planning process with greater structure, clarity, and confidence.

Throughout the planning process, couples have access to a centralized planning portal where timelines, vendor communication, layouts, payment reminders, and important details remain organized in one easy-to-navigate place.

Discovery Call

We begin with a conversation focused on your vision, priorities, and what matters most to you throughout the planning experience. This is our opportunity to better understand your celebration, your guests, and the kind of experience you hope to create.

Design

We refine the overall look and feel of the celebration, ensuring every detail feels cohesive, personal, and reflective of the atmosphere you want guests to experience from beginning to end.

Coordination & Execution

As the wedding approaches, we finalize logistics, manage vendor communication, oversee timelines, and thoughtfully coordinate the experience so you can remain fully present throughout the celebration itself.
