I’m Haylie

I started Heirloom Event Company with one goal in mind:

to create celebrations where PEOPLE feel seen, WELCOMED, and GENUINELY connected.

After moving to a new city in 2012 without knowing many people, I began hosting monthly gatherings from wine tastings to archery dodgeball, all designed to bring people together. What started as small events quickly became something more meaningful; a space for connection, community, and lasting relationships.

Over time, those same friends began asking me to plan their wedding and that’s where Heirloom began.
