Pricing
For a 2024 Friday wedding, one couple locked in a 6-hour rental for just $6,000. This 6-hour rental is an incredible value, especially in such a sought-after neighborhood.
The rental includes access to the main indoor space and the top-floor terrace, which we used for cocktail hour. The outdoor terrace adds an elevated experience with skyline views that wow guests and give photographers a dream backdrop.

For one of our 2024 couples, these challenges were part of their experience. They found the venue team less flexible and not always open to collaboration. While the space is stunning, the lack of warmth from management made the process more stressful. This is exactly why they hired us early on. Planners can step in as an advocate, handle communication, and smooth out potential bumps.

Day-Of Execution
For our 2024 couple, the day of execution was flawless, thanks in large part to Viola's Kitchen. Even with Friday traffic delays and the logistical challenges of an off-site wedding, Viola and her team kept everything on track with care and precision.
This was our first time partnering with Viola, and we were truly impressed. She handled every detail with a steady presence, ensuring the timeline was followed and the day felt calm. She worked closely with Southside Blooms to bring the tables to life with floral details that added so much charm to the setting.
While the venue coordinator made occasional appearances, it was Viola who remained at the forefront. She was hands-on, ensuring nothing skipped a beat. Her ability to stay composed and handle every curveball left us genuinely impressed.
What stood out most was how essential a skilled, dependable vendor team is. Viola and her team transformed what could have felt hectic into a day that was seamless and enjoyable for everyone involved.
