It is a full experience, and for you, it’s actually two. A meaningful gathering that begins with honoring your families and traditions on Friday, and culminates in the celebration of a lifetime on Saturday. A chance to be fully present for all of it, without managing a single detail yourself.

This phase focuses on confirming logistics for both events, aligning your vendor team, refining your timelines, and ensuring everything is in place for a seamless and meaningful two-day experience.

Contract & Payment
When you're ready, we’ll send over your contract and invoice. the proposal will remain active for seven days, giving you time to look everything over and ask any final questions.
Our standard payment structure is:
33% at booking
33% midway through the planning process
33% one month prior to the wedding
If you prefer a different payment schedule, we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
Officially Booked!
Once your contract is signed and your initial payment is received, your date is officially secured. From there, we begin preparing for your planning experience.
