At Heirloom, our job is to make sure the wedding you've been planning actually happens the way you imagined it. Whether we step in during the final weeks through Month-of Coordination or are by your side as your Day-of Coordinator, you'll have a dedicated partner building your timeline, communicating with every vendor, managing your ceremony logistics, and running your reception — so you don't have to think about a single thing except getting married.

Contract & Payment
When you're ready, we’ll send over your contract and invoice. the proposal will remain active for seven days, giving you time to look everything over and ask any final questions.
Our standard payment structure is:
33% at booking
33% midway through the planning process
33% one month prior to the wedding
If you prefer a different payment schedule, we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
Officially Booked!
Once your contract is signed and your initial payment is received, your date is officially secured. From there, we begin preparing for your planning experience.
