At Heirloom, we bring a curated vendor network built entirely on trust. We also have a team member based right in Milwaukee who can pop over to Tripoli at any time whether that's a venue walkthrough, a vendor meeting, or just a quick check-in.
Our streamlined communication system and custom Wedding Workbook keep every detail organized and on track from day one. And we believe in bringing your family into the process in a way that feels meaningful, while also protecting your peace and setting healthy boundaries along the way.

Make it official: sign your contract, submit your booking fee, and your date is locked in
Contract & Payment
When you're ready, we’ll send over your contract and invoice. the proposal will remain active for seven days, giving you time to look everything over and ask any final questions.
Our standard payment structure is:
33% at booking
33% midway through the planning process
33% one month prior to the wedding
If you prefer a different payment schedule, we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
Officially Booked!
Once your contract is signed and your initial payment is received, your date is officially secured. From there, we begin preparing for your planning experience.
