June 25th at Geneva National is going to be stunning. A Grand Ballroom celebration with 120 of your favorite people, and a welcome party the night before to kick off the weekend. You've already been through one venue that wasn't the right fit, so this time you deserve a team that takes the guesswork off your plate and makes every dollar count.
Based on our conversation, we understand you’re hoping for a wedding where you can:
Get real, hands-on help without blowing the budget. You'll see what couples actually spend in the Chicago suburbs and Milwaukee, and you'll get vendors on our preferred list who pass their discounts straight to you, from complimentary florals to a live harpist or cellist for a fraction of the usual price.
Work with a planner who knows Geneva. We'll introduce you to a planner who has worked at your venue and has family in the area. That means no travel fees, and she already has local vendor relationships.
Take the stress out of hotel blocks. We'll call the hotels near Geneva National for you, at no cost, and find more rooms for your guests than the 25 you have today.
Never be surprised by fine print again. We'll review every contract, signed or still being considered, for hidden fees, restrictions and room to negotiate, before you commit to anything else.

So, what’s Next?
Make it official: sign your contract, submit your booking fee, and your date is locked in
Contract & Payment
When you're ready, we’ll send over your contract and invoice. the proposal will remain active for seven days, giving you time to look everything over and ask any final questions.
Our standard payment structure is:
33% at booking
33% midway through the planning process
33% one month prior to the wedding
If you prefer a different payment schedule, we’re happy to accommodate where possible.
Officially Booked!
Once your contract is signed and your initial payment is received, your date is officially secured. From there, we begin preparing for your planning experience.
