These vary week to week, but generally follow the pattern below:

Mon - Thurs | 10am-6pm Sat &Sun | closed

Please use the email listed below until your lead planner is assigned

- Complete your client profile before our first meeting
- Upload any signed contracts or proposals to the Contracts folder
- Add your vendor and venue contact information to your Planning Workbook
- Schedule your first planning meeting, where we will review your plans and outline the next steps for your wedding
- Please cc our team on any vendor emails. Even if we do not respond to every message, we are following along and adding key information to your file to stay organized
- 2 months before the wedding, your Timeline and Details questionnaires are due
- Your second planning meeting and venue walkthrough will take place during this phase
- 2 weeks out - Final call with your lead planner (remove and coordinator)
- 10 days out - Your final timeline and floor plan are shared with all vendors
- Week of - Personal items are dropped off at the venue
- Day before - We run your ceremony rehearsal
- WEDDING DAY: Celebrate and enjoy!
