2 months before the wedding, your Timeline and Details questionnaires are due

Your second planning meeting and venue walkthrough will take place during this phase

2 weeks out - Final call with your lead planner (remove and coordinator)

10 days out - Your final timeline and floor plan are shared with all vendors

Week of - Personal items are dropped off at the venue

Day before - We run your ceremony rehearsal
